After sufficient healing (4 - 6 months), the final and permanent teeth will be attached to your implants giving you a lifetime of smiles. The "All On 4" patient receives there final, implant-supported bridge after sufficient healing (4 - 6 months) has occurred — this process is known as osseointegration.

Dietary Restrictions
With the permanent teeth secured, there are virtually no dietary restrictions. The All On 4 patient should still excercise good judement to protect their smile but the overall strength enables patients to eat virtually anything.
