Orthodontic treatment should never be used on implants. Your other teeth can of course be moved. Invisalign is not great for all orthodontic problems, so you should ask your orthodontist what kind of appliance is best for you. Since you sound like you're planning orthodontic treatment, you should get the surgeon on board beforehand so that the implants can be placed in as close to an ideal position as possible.
